Thank you for joining the Midnight Sun Home Care Community Page - This is a supportive, positive, and professional space for all of our amazing in-home caregivers.
Whether you're new to caregiving, or a seasoned professional, this community is here to share experiences, offer advice, provide support, and connect with one another!
This is a place where we can come together to share tips, celebrate victories, and learn from each other in our shared mission to provide compassionate in-home care to the seniors of Alaska. Together we will build ourselves up, support one another through challenges, and celebrate the extraordinary work we do every day.

Below is a brief navigational guideline for our pages:
- Feed - This is the central hub for all circles communication. All posts made in a circle will be found here! Feel free to post in the feed if you are unsure which circle is right for your post.
- Challenges - Every month we have a new challenge for you to participate in! These can range from self care (e.g. challenging you to do something for yourself and to take care of your wellbeing), to client based care (e.g. challenging you to involve your client in gentle activities such as meal prep if applicable).
- Meetups - We host our mandatory in-service trainings both in office, and live on our community. On Meetups you will not only be able to join the live video, but also watch any previous livestreams that you may have missed as all livestreams are recorded and uploaded to the community!
- Circles - We have many circles for you to participate in! Each circle has its own topic for conversation. We have a Story circle for all caregivers to share their journeys, experiences, and insights gained throughout their caregiving career. We also have a Feedback & Suggestions circle where all caregivers are free to provide their ideas and suggestions for our company and community! There are many many more so feel free to explore!
- Resources - This page is designed to connect you with valuable resources, support, and information that can help you thrive in both your personal and professional life. Feel free to reach out to the office if you have any suggestions for resources that you would like to share!
